We offer our clients and partners to take advantage of electronic document management (EDM)
EDM (electronic document management) is the exchange of electronic documents via secure communication channels. Such documents have legal force and are equivalent to the originals.
The implementation of EDM will allow:
reduce the number of paper documents;
reduce the cost of printing, stationery, sending documents;
reduce labor costs by eliminating manual actions and automating the process;
get rid of the loss of documents and the need to expose them again.
We offer our clients and partners to switch to electronic document management starting from October 1, 2022. As part of the EDM, we can sign, send and receive the following documents: contracts, invoices, UTD (universal transfer documents).
Our operator is JSC "PF SKB Kontur", a system of Diadok. To switch to electronic document management between our companies:
download and print the Rezonit information letter
enter the data at the end of the letter (the name of the company, the operator your company works with, etc.)
send a scan of the document to email@example.com
based on your letter, we will send you an invitation in the EDM system, which you can accept.
Please note: an invitation sent through the operator and accepted by the second party will be equivalent to a signed Agreement on the transition to EDM.
If you do not plan to switch to electronic document management, documents will be transmitted as before in paper form.
