The building of a new complex in Alabushevo is being put into operation

The launch of a high—tech complex for the production of electronics products in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ near Zelenograd is moving to a new stage - the receiving and installation of equipment.

“According to the results of the complex inspection, we have received a conclusion on the compliance of the constructed facility with the project documentation and now we are preparing documents to put the production complex into operation. This will allow us to start installing equipment and setting up technological processes at the new production site in the near future," said Andrey Vitalievich Marinich, General Director of "Digital Security Technologies", a resident company in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ.

Group of Companies Rezonit is the only investor of the new production complex. Engineers and technologists of the company designed production lines and technological processes of future workshops without involving engineering companies. When developing the project, the specialists were basing on their own long-term experience, as well as the principles of automation and IT solutions successfully implemented at the existing production sites of Rezonit.

"We strive to provide our customers with an advantage due to an unprecedented reduction in the time and cost of bringing new products to market.  It is fundamentally important that the launch of the new plant will not only allow Rezonit to expand its production capacity, but also, according to our assessment, this complex will become the largest platform for the production of printed circuit boards and will increase the all-Russian capacity by a quarter after reaching the planned productivity of the project.

We plan to start producing the first products this summer. About 450 jobs will be created in the production complex, employment opportunities for graduates of local universities and colleges will open up," Andrei Kucheryavy said.

Most of the 4-‑storey building with an area of 15 thousand square meters will be occupied by production facilities: a workshop for the production of printed circuit boards and assembly production, equipped with modern equipment. The new plant will be able to provide the highest quality standards and shorter production times for the leading electronics industries: telecommunications, automotive, medical, as well as LED technology, consumer and industrial electronics.
