The launch of the ENIG line in Zubovo tech park

The company Rezonit together with Atotech technicians launched a new immersion gold automatic line at PCB plant in Tech park Zubovo. Our team managed to carry out installation and commissioning in the shortest time, without breaking the printed circuit boards production cycle. The use of this line made it possible to increase the site productivity, improve the stability and quality of immersion plating technological process.
