New surface finish - immersion tin

The active development of the electronic industry sets new challenges for us as a manufacturer and imposes even higher requirements on surface finishes. From July 1, we introduce a new type of surface finish in our production - immersion tin.

The immersion tin provides high flatness of the PCB pads and compatibility with all soldering methods. 

This type of surface finish will be available for order both on urgent and on mass production. You can choose tin coating for different types of materials, including microwave.

Immersion tin coating has the following advantages: 

• excellent solderability;
• flat surface, the coating is suitable for the components with low pitch;
• complies with the RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), which limits the content of harmful substances.
