The pickup option is available starting from March 29

From March 29, orders can again be picked up from our warehouses in Zelenograd and St. Petersburg, as well as from the office in Yekaterinburg.

Please note the changes when picking up orders: only paid orders can be picked up. We ask you to use personal protective equipment (a mask) when receiving orders. Shipment for pickup is carried out from 10:00 to 18:00.

Before April 9, please notify the delivery department of your planned visit at least 1 day in advance by calling 8 800 777 8118 or by email dostavka@rezonit.ru for timely movement of previously placed orders between warehouses.

Due to the current epidemiological situation, we recommend that you give preference to the following delivery methods: DHL-express or delivery to a branch of a transport company. For your convenience, we continue to provide free courier delivery of orders in Zelenograd.
