TECHNOLOGY
Rezonit offers a wide range of services for the PCB production and assembly, as well as high-quality products and service to our customers.
We produce printed circuit boards up to 32 layers (with a minimum trace width / clearance of 75 microns), microwave boards up to 10 layers, flexible and rigid-flex boards up to 8 layers. We use FR4 fiberglass (both standard and high-Tg), High Speed materials - TU872 SLK and prepreg TU-872 SLK FR-4, materials for microwave and hybrid boards from WANGLING (F4BM255, WL-CT338, WL-CT350, WL-PP350), materials for aluminum-based boards, as well as polyimides.
We produce printed circuit boards with special properties, such as metallized slots and half-holes, multilayer boards with blind and buried vias, boards with impedance control, with the filling of vias with epoxy compound, followed by metallization and depth milling. We offer various surface finishes such as HASL, immersion gold, immersion silver and immersion tin.

There are four automatic surface mounting lines equipped with modern equipment from leading world manufacturers at the assembly plant of Rezonit. All operations, including loading and unloading of boards on the line, application of solder paste, assembly of components, reflow, optical control, are carried out in fully automatic mode, which minimizes human involvement, improves productivity and quality of manufactured products.
